There always seems to be more males than females born in a litter and therefore may be more available. Both the male and female are affectionate but the males are actually rated to be a bit more affectionate than the females. By spaying the female pups they will not come in to heat and by neutering the male pups (usually by the age of 5 months) they will not piddle or scent mark, but rather will squat just like the female.

All checks, including cashier's checks and money orders are made payable to Yvonne Hanna. A $200.00 deposit holds your puppy reservation. Payment can also be made securely with any major credit card through Paypal (a 2.9% Paypal fee for processing will be applied). Shipping is $250.00. The cost of the shipping also includes the required shipping crate, airline dishes, full value insurance for the flight, and the required veterinarian health examination. The shipping crate also doubles as the crate training tool of choice to begin crate training your new little pup.

Upon receipt of your deposit, you will receive an invoice via email or United States Postal Service (your choice) showing your payment and any balance that is due. Any balance remaining, along with a signed contract is due prior to the shipping date.

My puppies are shipped from McGee Tyson Airport to the airport of your choice. I will do my very best to ship your puppy on the day or as close to the day as possible that you would like to receive your pup.

When we have secured a shipping date, I will call you to confirm the shipping date, arrival time, and the flight number. You will need to bring to the airport your driver's license or other form of legal photo identification. Your name and address will have to be verified before the puppy can be released to you.

You will also receive a puppy starter kit with all kinds of goodies such as a , bone, a toy, hair bows/bandanna, accessories, scent cloth, and pedigree papers. You will also receive information to answer all of the most commonly asked questions. You will learn how to transition your new little addition, house and crate train, choose quality products to purchase, and much, much more.

All sales are final unless the puppy has a health related issue that is covered under the contract. Any Health related issues that are discovered upon arrival by the buyer’s veterinarian must be documented in writing.

To obtain a refund, the puppy must be returned with the veterinarian's documentation showing that the puppy is in less than good health (as per contract). Upon acquisition of a veterinarian's receipt, and the return of the puppy, the client will receive a refund.

If the puppy is found defective, I reserve the right to replace the puppy with a new pup or refund the client in the event that a puppy of equal quality is not available.
